Does anyone recognize this image? It's from a game I played around 2019 and I don't remember the name very well, it's very similar to Yume Nikki. Any ideas? (I know that the game comes from a game jam held in 2018, but unfortunately I haven't found specific information such as the full title)

Ok, guys, I fixed the list a tiny bit (the screen of Dark Necklofar was actually from the second game, lol) + fixed the text of the horror below.

Does anybody know about this title?

It's a half-retro FPS made by a single japanese(!) dev that takes a lot of inspiration from Marathon, Touhou, Doom, and cyberpunk/dark anime from 90's (GitS, Jin-Roh, Blame!, etc). The game, despite being a bit clunky in realization, has a good amount of effort and soul put into it together with a decent amount of gun autism (projectile ballistics, half-realistic reloading system, juicy sounds) + elements of guro and ryona (no porn) + fucked up cyberpunkish/religious setting, as if it was taken from some obscure japanese RPG Maker schizo game.

It started after some youtuber's playthrough videos, I think, where he blamed the dev for guro fetish (the dev's actually into guro, but seems like doesn't want to admit it lol).

I'm fairly certain the dev just tried to play it off as "no I'm not into guro, doom had this shit and nobody claimed they were into guro right?" thing because a lot of people were super dismissive and just treating it as if it was a porn game, only because it was "anime girls". To be honest, I understand the dev, people can be huge assholes for no particular reason, and trying to play it safe is 100% fair in my book.

There seems to be a bug in Light Magic 2. After Pucci gets captured, I take Kimiru to the train station, and the game takes control, and after she gets off the train she auto-walks to the right and gets stopped and permanently frozen once she hits the right edge, one tile above the screen transition tile. I think it's spawning her one tile up from where it should be.

I had the same bug, I spent forever trying to get around it through various methods and eventually resorted to getting rpg maker, and adding an npc that teleports the player to the destination.

This is the edited map file, which should be able replace the original.

The demo for the newest game, "Unreasonable Camp", was recently released.

So, i found this game through some related japanese Ao Oni video.

The game is called clown's pavilion and from what ive gathered there are 3 versions or possibly 3 diffrent games in the series.

It takes place inside a mansion filled with monsters, there was some clown in the introduction and you run around solving mysteries.

I dunno why this has gone so much under the radar. I couldn't find ANY english website at all mentioning the game.

Okey, i just tried played it with a friend of mine, and it was great. You don't need to know japanese to know how to play. It is alot of story, but the puzzles were really fun and i would recommend this game to all of you.

My friend and i considered doing a let's play of the game but we are not that good entertainers so i dunno.
