This is such a weird feeling. He wasnt a great dude, though no where near the demon that is moot, hiroyuki or watkins. I spent a lot of time on 8chan when it first came out because of a niche waifu community there. Was appalled by the rest of the site. I remember there was another waifu board that was slightly different in name and lets just say had borderline to straight up illegal content as the topic. I remember when the site was breaking constantly and hotwheels handled it all horrifically lol. My community even made a temporary self hosted image board cause of it. Good times.

This has brought back alot of memories i didnt think of for a while. And Hotwheels wasnt a great person, he had a lot of stuff fucked up about him. But he also saw the damage he did and regreted 8chan and worked to spread awareness and shut down it down.

who is this? i'm not on top of the 8ch lore
