I can't draw but I was told that Keys to Drawing by Bert Dodson is a good book for any skill level.

just check out the /ic/ guide and you'll be fine to start. Just remember to balance studying and drawing for fun or you'll end up burnt out.

People usually recommend loomis books but I can't say I've ever personally been a fan of them, I always learnt more and faster from bridgman, his constructive anatomy book is flat out one of my favourite art books period, so maybe check him out if you're interested. Though a lot of it depends on personal preference to learning, loomis and bridgman have different teaching styles similarly to how books and videos are a different way of teaching, eventually you'll find your niche and those you like.
