/hikki/ - NEET / Advice

I currently own the Magicchan.org and Magichan.org domains. I bought them about two weeks ago.

I was a day-one user and contributor. It was a board where I was actually happy to see new posts. It was a massive blow to me personally when it went down because of the relationship I felt between the other mages. They got me through some real tough times and I always found a way to involve myself in every discussion.

I've been considering booting it back up exactly how it was while I have some time off due to the virus (not NEET, gomen). I've installed and hosted several Tinyboards in the past and was an administrator on one for a few years so I'm in the technical know enough, unless it's radically different these days. The only reluctance I have stems from the waters of imageboard use becoming murkier in recent times. It seems every few weeks a new "altchan" appears, gets advertised on other boards, and then gets spammed to death with potentially illegal content. To resurrect MC just to have it die disgracefully shortly afterwards would be an injustice.

It seems like you aren't aware of what happened to the mages after magicchan went down. I feel like the resurrected website would just get unwanted attention. The current hidden board works better imo. I can guide you there if you are interested.

If you ever do something with it we could have a hikki board in there. Current ones are filled with hikkis that go out with their gfs to have ice cream on weekends.

Also looked up wizchan again to see if i remembered it correctly , seems like wizchan is down as well.

Dont know if the term succubus has a negative connotation in the board culture or its a term that carries no bad connotation because its evolved from the term wizard as virgin because women can take away your magic virginity essence (and your "wizard" status) as i havent been on the site, just saw like 2 threads
