General thread, where we post things we found and ask how to get there and all that good stuff. Because we just need that thread for every fangame ever.

No.14

I remember being able to get to the area in that pic easily in earlier versions of the game, but now I can't seem to get back to it.

No.22

There's a portal to Blood World (the area shown in the picture) in the Intestines Maze. If you enter the Intestines Maze by interacting with the purple object in the Red City, you can find the teleporter to Blood World (it'll be one of the crying ghosts) by heading west (and south when necessary).

From the Wiki:
Fo
HE COMES
und in Bouncing Block World from the Fake Apartments. If you manage to get to the end, which is in the center of the "room" you're in, you'll find a statue that looks similar to the one that takes you to the docks. Interact with it to see a blue, crying man that looks very similar to Mars-San from the original Yume Nikki. Chainsawing him doesn't kill him, but leaves him cut up and somewhat bloody. Going out the exit behind you takes you back to the Bouncing Block World, across the area where the Zalgo door is.

Ah, sorry about that. The Effects guide is for the most recent version of Yume 2kki (0.095h, I think). In your version, the Spacesuit effect can be found as follows:
Nexus -> Onyx Tile World -> Highway -> Concrete World B -> (this transition requires the Fairy effect) Concrete World A
The Spacesuit effect should be located on the roof of the building that has a few colorful, animated panels on it.

No.287

I don't have a picture at the moment, but you know that room where you walk in and there's a mirrored Urotsuki? It's from the area where you can howl at the moon.
Anyway, if you stand in front of the false Urotsuki, you can chainsaw her and they both scream and wake up.

I don't know if this is old news or not, but I just tried it and thought it was pretty interesting. :)

That area can be reached from the doorway in Flying Fish World that leads to the hallway between Flying Fish World and Urotsuki's Dream Scene. There is a small chance that the hallway will change to an open area with a pinkish floor at sunset (you may have to exit and re-enter the hallway several times before this change occurs). Once here, enter through the passageway that resembles a gate to reach a location that consists of a path up to a large stone skull. Going east through the mouth of the skull will place you in an expansive room covered in a pink-and-black checkerboard pattern. Continue east through this large room to enter the room in the picture that has an "Under Construction" sign and a tanuki in it. Interacting with the tanuki will cause the room to either rotate or cease rotating depending upon whether or not you've interacted with it.

So, let' say you are a child of divorcd parents. What do you make of this? notice the neat crack running right thru the middle… or, further south, the shivering bed and haped bike.

No.752

>>751

This is old, and has been discussed millions of times.

The various theories were:

-She lost her parents.
-She hates her paretns.
-Her paretns were divorced.
-She has been abused by them, hence their "true" form.
-Other various painful childhood memories.

No.753

>>751
I'm not a child of divorced parents, but I totally see what you're saying! That's a really good point! Also, the area there where she's sitting inside her own head (the rock formation). Wait, was that near that place as well? Or was that a different water area?

Anyway, how about when you do the tall effect and she only sees herself? Maybe she grew up alone?

No.754

>>753

I had always sorta taken to this theory. Growing up emotionally alone with the sea floor being her "hide-away" place to sit, be alone, and reflect. The whole place had a sort of sad feeling to it. Regardless of whether her parents divorced or she was abused there was bickering and tension in the household. It's what I thought when I first saw the place anyway and I've really stuck with that. There's also the fact that the sea floor is the only way to get to the child effect.

Yes, I actually found it on accident. You have to go under the bridges, basically between the walls. It's the second one if you're coming from the right. It'll be a black screen since you'll be between the walls but just keep pressing up with every step and you should enter the room at some point.

Hope that helps! Let me know if you need screen caps and I'll go in game and snag some for you.

So, from the toy world, enter the day/night tower. Use the fairy (or spacesuit) to fly over the small ledge. Enter the door where you'll meet your clone, keep going ahead, and you will be in another part of the tower, with an insane, but calm shadow lady (but don't touch her). Go to the entrance on the right, and you will be in the maze.

After this, follow my crappy map.

No.806

>>804

For 10, see the newest comment on the wiki's wallpaper page.

For 41, you have to go to the day/night tower, go to the part wher you change the time of the day, and use the wolf effect to howl at the night sky, and use the glasses. One if this will give you this wallpaper.

For 58, you have to go here: http://yume2kki.wikia.com/wiki/Monochrome_Street

60 is a random event, which happens very rarely here: http://yume2kki.wikia.com/wiki/Apartments . If you enter this area from the piano room (the one accessible from the Mushroom world, with the cat and the character that looks a bit like Masada), it's more likely will be triggered.

For 72, I believe you have to turn a sane Shadow Lady hostile. You can find some in the Park World.

I have no idea about 74.

94 used to be triggered by the lonely Urotsuki event at the Underwater Amusement Park, but it no longer seems to work.

97 supposedly triggered when you encountered all the sprites you see in that wallpaper, but neither this works anymore.

I believe 120 will be unlocked after you encountered all types of chasers.

134 is still triggered by the lonely Urotsuki event. Go to the Underwater Amusement Park, find the area with the columns. Find the column with scrolling text, interact with it. Nothing will happen, so go on and explore the park a bit, then go back. If the text on the column has changed, interact with it again, and you will be teleported to the event.

I believe 140 is unlocked after you got the first ending.

BUT, I used the stretch effect, made her cry, at the lonely Urotsuki event and i got number 74! I didn't do anything else differently, so given it's Urotsuki crying, I'm guessing that is what happened, but if someone else could confirm it, that would be awesome.

I yet have to check out 0.096e, but in 0.096c, it definitely screams.

(I could absolutely understand if they have removed this in the latest version…)

Okay, just checked 0.096e, and it still screams. I think you may need to trigger a certain event to make this happen.

Hm odd. I wonder what event that would be. I seem to have triggered quite a few events so far. Too bad, I wanted to hear it :c

Trust me, you DON'T want to hear it…

Actually, I'd be disappointed if they took it out in a future version. I like the little freak out cat worm. :)

I just realized that if you go through that oversized bedroom to lego world as small-urotsuki, and let the big shadow lady attack you/send you to a trap, the game freezes when you try to use medamabomb.

I got that so many times that I was really apprehensive to use the bomb. I thought it would freeze every time, so I just woke up any time I got sent to a trap. lol

No.894

If you go to the christmas world and give the girl on her bed a present, when you wake up, you'll get a new minigame.

Oooooh, it's SCISSORS! Scissors with eyeballs! I can't believe I didn't see that before! I guess it took a small thumbnail to seen it as a whole - I kept focusing on just the eyeballs when it was a bigger image.

Good luck getting answers to that one. You're at least the 4th person to ask (myself included) and I think everybody's just started to ignore this question because nobody has a solution.

I know for a fact the question has been brought up 3 times in the help thread, twice ignored and the third left unanswered after nobody could figure out what it could be.
